Mint Museum Assignment 3/31 and 4/3

  • This is a Rehearse Assignment for ALL Students 3/31-4/3 For Ms. Schmit's and Ms. Kahn's classes.
  • Students on field trip will recieve their assignment there
  • Students on campus-
    • here's your assignment: click on the link and read Parts 1-3, or at least as much as you can.
    • take notes and answer all the questions as you come across
      • This is a TIME based assignment- YOU just need to see evidence of engaging with the material in the link for entire class time given; expecting different work from different people!
      • Take time to be thoughtful and reflective with your answers; looking for quality of work not just getting this "done".
    • Submit your work at the end of class on the daily work assignment. (Ms. Khan's students be ready to submit it at the beginning of next class)

Announcments

2:15 - 3:00: ALL STUDENTS WILL COMPLETE THE PANORAMA SURVEY DURING ENRICHMENT! ENRICHMENT WILL BE EXTENDED TO 3:00 TO ENSURE COMPLETION OF THE SURVEY. MR. LAWLER WILL SHARE SURVEY DETAILS VIA EMAIL.
  • All students will go to: surveys.panoramaed.com/cms (Please enter just as, lowercase)
  • This is what the student should see.
  • Students will enter their access code. Their access code is their Student ID. Students will then see the surveys they need to take.
  • There are two surveys and they should take both.
  • Students need to hit the blue “Submit” button to enter their survey. If they do not hit this, their responses will not be saved.
  • This is mandatory to deliver today, students may not do any other work unless their parents have opted them out (I will email those very few teachers) or until they are finished.
  • Panorama is a research-based student survey that allows students to express their opinions about themselves, their school and classroom experiences.  Panorama surveys are given twice per school year as a Universal Screener for CMS.
  • This includes seniors.
  • Students who do are not complete will continue to do this in enrichment daily until their name is off the list.
Field trips: Picasso @the Mint-
  • 3/31 (middle school Visual Arts) and 4/3 (High School Visual Arts). Students who are not on academic probation and returned a signed permission slip by 3/24 are able to go.
  • Students who are not going on the field trips, the goal is fo you to stay in the classroom but follow any instructions left on the doors and check here and Canvas for alternative work.
