How to approach all the content below:
- Limit yourself to 1-2 video's per day otherwise it will get overwhelming. Lasting change takes time and persistence. The more focused and intentional you are with that time will end up with better long term results.
- Invest a few minutes into self reflection. Writing it down will make it stick better and you'll be more likely to make positive changes happen.
- Rinse and Repeat as needed. Many of these videos have so much packed into a short amount of time it's easy to miss things or might take on a different meaning for you at another time.

Getting Unstuck
- Day 1: Create a Plan
- #1 Be honest with yourself about your idiosyncrasies BUT be proactive about dealing with it.
- Example: if you know you don't do a daily planner after trying it, maybe try doing a "6 most important list" instead. Make a commitment that everything on that list needs to be completed that day.
- #2 What is making you "stuck"
- What obstacles are getting in the way?
- How can you deal/prevent obstacles?
- #3 Set-up routines and schedule
- Waking up
- Going to bed
- Identifying Rocks, gravel, and sand
- Plan your time monthly, weekly, daily
- #4 Recruit Allies (accountability partners)
- #1 Be honest with yourself about your idiosyncrasies BUT be proactive about dealing with it.
