Visual Arts Course Request Form

Interactive Art Exhibit:  Awesome work to everyone involved it was awesome!
Visual Arts Field Trips

• Return Permission slips no later than: March 24th
• It's free for all Visual Arts students not on academic probation and who have not already attended with previous NWSA-VA Picasso field Trips.
• When are they?
  • Middle School Trip: March 31st 9:30-12:00
    • ​We have Chaperones covered for this trip
  • High School Trip: April 3rd 9:30-12:00
    • ​Seating is limited so Visual Arts Majors Get priority over Non Visual Arts Majors and who ever returns permission slips back first. 
    • Need Chaperones for High School

All Students Complete the CMS survey:

• Students will log in using their student ID at this site: bit.ly/CMSStudentSurvey2023

• The survey is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Nepali, French, Burmese, Dari, and Pashto. You can see the surveys here: Translated student survey for preview
• The administration of the survey by schools is required as part of Title IX. However, individual student participation is completely voluntary.
• Students can skip any questions that they wish and submit the survey without answering them.

A3 Sculpture IPA    Ms. Hall's Site

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday -Felting unit- check Hall's site for specific task lists

B1 Metals/Fibers IPA Ms. Hall's Site

• Tuesday and Thursday-Felting unit- check Hall's site for specific task lists

B2 8th Grade Art- Mandala Unit

• Tuesday-Mandala Planning due by end of class (Parts 1-5 of packet)
• Thursday- Block in "big rocks" for Mandala Project

B4 Ceramics IPA- Whistle Unit (info in Canvas Assignment Descriptions)

• Tuesday- Work day 1/5 Have bodies of whistle series assembled with mouthpieces done by end of class
• Friday- Work day 2/5 have one Whistle completed by end of class.
