6th Grade Visual Arts: Complete the Dynamic Abstract Composition
8th Grade and High School VIsual Arts Classes: Choose one of the projects below or submit a proposal for an alternative Zentangle inspired project- if doing a proposal it must submit to Ms. Schmit before the end of the first work day.

Blend some realism into your zentangling.

Zentangle Cut-out

Find something (a person, place or thing) and cut it out of a magazine, newspaper, etc then glue it to a sheet of drawing paper. Create a Zentangle string and series of patterns that react to your cut out.
