Let's be real: The 7 Mindsets are really just instructions for how to Adult. In other words, advice for how to deal with the world when it sucks, when it’s stressful, when we need to do something we really don’t want to do but need to do. These are things that are important to work on to help build up your own resilience to dealing with the challenges and stress that life throws at you.

The Video below was produced by the Visual Arts, Tech Theater, and Apparel Departments. You'll get to see some ideas of how students at NWSA meaningfully incorporate the 7 Mindsets on their own endeavors to live a creative life that supports their own journey to becoming more resilient in school and beyond.
