We are happy to announce that the first Visual Arts Supply Pick-Up was a great success! In between bouts of rain and heat, we served an estimated 200 plus NWSA students in just about 3 hours. We have heard messages of approval from many of you and we sincerely appreciate your support. Our program would not be possible without the contributions of our students' families and caregivers. I would like to take a moment to congratulate the Visual Arts Team on their professionalism, effectiveness and perseverance. I would also like to publicly thank our VAB President Kristin Rothrock, who personally donated all of the Visual Arts totes and sketchbooks that students received. Thank you Kristin for your generosity!

We realize that not every student was able to pick up supplies yesterday and we are providing other means to acquire them. Also if any students are missing supplies or received the wrong supplies (please return) and can follow the same process below. 

Alternative Supply Distribution

• Option 1: pick up from the School Tuesday and Thursday 3:00-4:00 next week. Parents will need to come to the front office to check in and have Mr Cornwell paged over the intercom.
• Option 2: The VAB is setting up supply package deliveries to your personal residence Friday 9/18/20. To request a supply delivery, please fill out the following form by Wednesday Night. (Supply Delivery Request).Please be mindful this option is really intended for people who have no other way of getting to the school. Deliveries will be determined on a first come, first serve basis and as the most efficient routes can be planned. All efforts will be made to complete all deliveries during normal business hours on Fri 9/18/20. Due to COVID-19 all deliveries will be NO CONTACT, meaning that volunteers will place supply packages at the door, knock and leave.
