Announcements

• Chromebook Audit Google Form (Fill out or Chromebook will be locked after 11/25)
• No School 11/11 for Veterans Day Holliday
• 11/19 is an early release day
• Fall Break 11/26-11/30 (11/26 is a teacher work day)
•  IF absent (especially if going on fall break early) I recommend working at home as much as possible!  Everything we're doing in class is listed below. If your class is working on a project, see me for materials before you go or you can work on them after the break but you will need to make up that time outside of class so you don't get further behind.

AP Art History  Calendar - Cards Submission Template - R.W 250 Sheet

• Wed 11/12: Unit 4 - 18oo's
• Fri 11/14: Unit 4 - The "isms" (no video or audio lecture - inclass only and notes)
• Tue 11/18: Unit 4 - The "isms" continued
• Thru 11/20: Warm up article - Read, summarize, and explain how it relates to this class. Complete the "isms" (including 20th century Arcitecture). Falling Water Documentary.
• Mon 11/24: Rothko Documentary and Restoration Documentary

Ceramics IPA - Plasteline Planning Worksheet

• Mon 11/10: Sculpey Project Work Day 2/3 - Have main details massed and blended by end of class
• Thru 11/13: Sculpey Project Work Day 3/3 - Have details sculpted by end of class
• Mon 11/17: Complete the Plasteline Planning Worksheet linked above (read everything carefully! It's designed to guide you through the process). You can complete digitally or on printed copy of it ;-)
• Wed 11/19 (ERD): Plasteline Project Work Day 1/3- similar process as Sculpey however no baking. Create Armature by end of class. Whoever get's their Sculpey Unit submitted properly 1st will get first dibs on color options.  
• Fri 11/20: Plasteline Project Work Day 2/3 - Cover armature and mass-in main forms
• Tue 11/25: Plasteline Project Work Day 3/3 - Details  (submit whatever you have by the end of class)

Printmaking IPA - Small Lino Unit  -  Large Lino Unit

• Wed 11/12: Small Lino Printing and Research Dive for Large Project Day 2/3 
• Fri 11/14: Small Lino Printing and Research Dive for Large Lino Day 3/3
• Tue 11/18: Submit Small Lino Prints - Follow these instructions. Then Large Lino Independent Planning (Brainstorming, Research and Sketches-thumbnail AND full size design) work day 1/2.
• Thru 11/20: Large Lino Independent Planning  Work Day 2/2
• Mon 11/24: Transfer Image to Large Lino work day 1/1 (can start carving but 1st official carving day 1/3 will be after the break)
