Classwork

AP Art History  Calendar - Cards Submission Template - R.W 250 Sheet
  • Cards Due Week 28: 201-210
  • Cards Due Week 29: 211-220
  • Reminder due:  Deep Dive -  Be ready to present March 30th 
  • 3/30:  AP Q3 FRQ Exam Template Reminder- only complete 1 long form and 2 shortforms, however will evaluated whatever you get submitted, just share copy of your template with me no later than midnight tonight. You can use the AP Classroom version to access images given for prompts as needed.
  • 3/30: Q3 MCQ Exam - Complete on AP Classroom
Ceramics and Sculpture: Portrait or Bust Unit - Ceramic Bust Unit
  • Fri 3/27: Complete this worksheet based on the YouTube video linked in the document. READ instructions carefully and get as far as you can by the end of class. Turn in on canvas at the end of class- especially if you are not finished! This will be your first Rehearse assignment for Q4.
  • Tues 3/31 and Thurs 4/2: Create Chain links - as many as you can with time given. There will be a demo in class on Tuesday. Prizes will be awarded for: Most links assembled, best craftsmanship, and Both Most links and best craftsmanship. 
    • Note: Be ready to start your Ceramic Celebrity Bust the day we get back from break. We're waiting till then to start just so your project doesn't dry-out over the break; be ready because you will only have a total of 5 classes to sculpt your project. The Chain Link assignment is leading into our last unit, Metal working, we'll be working with the rest of Q4 ;-)
Photography IPA - Cyanotype Quiz
  • Mon 3/9 and Wed. 4/1 :  Create Accordion Pocket Book and Create a Flat-Lay- Self Portrait Photograph  (can work on improving grade for Q3 instead; scores for these assignments will go on Q4; but plan on making up time missed as homework)
    • Submission Template (you have edit privileges to this document use carefully and wisely!)
    • ​Can work on improving Q3 grade if needed - but you'll need to work on the work you're missing as homework.
Printmaking IPA - Same as Photography ;-)
  • Mon. 3/9 and Wed. 4/1 :  Create Accordion Pocket Book and Start designs for Chop (can work on improving grade for Q3 instead; scores for these assignments will go on Q4), 
    • Large Lino Print Alternative Assignment (complete ONLY if you lost your large lino plate/block) and Share with Mr. A and Ms. Schmit before the end of the day Tuesday 3/31)
Sculpture IPA - Same as Ceramics ;-)

Homeroom/SEL-
  • Monday: Ms. S Check's Folders and gives feedback - everyone in assigned homeroom - no exceptions 
  • Tuesday-Thursday: "Pull Outs", School Work, or Silent Reading (make sure your name is on a list otherwise you'll be marked absent if not in the room.
