  • Benchmark Testing: 12/1 English 2, 12/2 Biology, 12/3 Math 3
    • Note 12/1-3 no Dragon Time, and modified bell schedule

  • Cards Due This week: 111-120 AND Q2 Deep Dive Project PROPOSAL Due End of week.
  • 12/1: Q2 Quiz 1 -25  MCQ's via AP Classroom, Test Corrections and Cards remainder of class
  • 12/3: Unit 5, Lecture 1/3 (Indigenous Americas)
  • 12/5: Unit 5, Lecture 2/3
  • 12/9: Unit 5, Lecture 3/3, Recap Essay Format and expectations
  • 12./11: Q2 Quiz 2 FRQ (1A-Long, and 2B-short) via AP Classroom  - Self evaluate before next class​
Ceramics IPA - 3D - Portrait Unit 1 - Portrait Template 1
  • NOTE- Portrait Unit Day's 1 - 4 take Frontal, Profile, and 3/4 View pictures of your sculpt and add it to a set of google slides EVERYDAY, you'll use the same clay for each practice sculpt and the final sculpt over the armature. Notes and Tutorial Videos in linked Google Slides Presentation above. 
  • 12/2: Finish and Submit Plasteline Project (After today's it's officially Late); 
  • 12/4: Start Portrait Unit Day 1 - Ear
  • 12/8: Day 2 - Mouth
  • 12/10: Day 3 - Nose
  • 12/12: Day 4 - Eye
  • We'll likely start Day 5 After Winter Break - Face Proportions/Skull - sculpt out of paper/Aluminum Foil (will need to be REMOVEABLE armature for Mini Bust)
Photography IPA - Holidays Planning Worksheet - Photo Tracking Sheet
  • 12/1: Can finish planning if needed or get an extra photo shoot day
  • 12/3: Session 3 - Photo Shoot Day 1/2 (track settings with Photo Tracking Sheet)
  • 12/5: Session 3 - Photo Shoot Day 2/2 - continue tracking sheet
  • 12/9: Session 3 - Organize Photos with Photo Tracking Log information 
  • 12/11: Holidays Project Critique Peer Critique - Find your slide and add your selected image from this unit. You'll be assigned a slide to critique in class. Complete the Holidays Photography Critique Worksheet and add link to peer's slide AND to Canvas assignment. 
Printmaking IPA - Relief Printing Artist Deep Dive - Large Lino Planning Doc
  • Note: you should turn in both Relief Printing Artist Deep Dive AND Large Lino Planning Doc for the Relief Printing Planning Assignment in Canvas (your artist deep dive should have informed your design choices for your project)
  • Day: Large Lino Carving Day 1/4
  • Day: Carving Day 2/4
  • Day: Carving Day 3/4
  • Day: Last Carving Day 4/4 (Add image to Critique Doc by end of class)
  • Day: Relief Printing Critique Doc (you have EDIT privileges- use power responsibly!)- Follow instructions on slides 2 and 3.

Homeroom/SEL-
  • Monday: Ms. S Check's Folders and gives feedback - everyone in assigned homeroom - exceptions 
  • Tuesday-Thursday: "Pull Outs", School Work, or Silent Reading (make sure your name is on a list otherwise you'll be marked absent if not in the room.
  • Friday: "Empowerment Hub" and fill out Folder Sheet - everyone in assigned homeroom - exceptions
